At El Centro Inc, we work to support the Hispanic community in Northeast Mississippi by providing academic intervention and social/emotional growth opportunities for Hispanic students and families. 

Our initiatives:

• Academic Tutoring: Providing intensive grade-level tutoring and reading intervention by trained professionals and volunteers. 
• Chess Club: Students of all backgrounds are encouraged to hone their strategic and interpersonal skills in our weekly chess club.
• Community participation: Building tolerance and understanding through local volunteerism and community engagement.
